All of our programs, team, and activities are based in Africa. We create immersive experiences that combine sport, leadership development, education and cultural exchange to inspire and equip the next generation of African leaders.
Our work is built on trusted and ethical partnerships with school boards, vocational training colleges, small business, companies in Africa to provide opportunities for youth to explore and develop skills for successful careers in the skilled trades and technologies.

Twin Lakes Cycling Academy (TLCA)
Twin Lakes Cycling Academy (TLCA)
Twin Lakes Cycling Academy (TLCA) is a community-based non-profit organization located in Burera District, Northern Province, Rwanda. The Academy uses cycling as a powerful tool to inspire young people, strengthen communities, and expand access to education for children and youth living in rural areas.
TLCA believes that bicycles can do far more than transport people—they can create opportunities, connect communities, promote healthy lifestyles, and help young people develop confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
One of the Academy's flagship initiatives is the annual Ride for Education, a multi-day cycling campaign that brings together cyclists, volunteers, schools, and local communities to promote equal access to quality education across Rwanda.
Through this initiative, participants travel hundreds of kilometres while:
Donating books and educational materials to schools
Providing pens, learning supplies, and other essential resources
Encouraging school attendance and lifelong learning
Raising awareness about the importance of education
Building stronger connections between cyclists, educators, students, and local communities
